- Calendar booking data — your name, email, and any notes you include when scheduling a Readiness Session through Google Calendar. This data is handled by Google's systems under their own privacy policy.
- Communications — emails, notes, or messages you send us directly.
- Basic website analytics — aggregated, anonymised data about page visits and usage patterns. We do not use individual tracking cookies or build personal profiles from website activity.
This website does not collect payment information directly. However, if you enter into a service engagement with us, billing and payment details will be collected through a signed contract and invoicing process. That information is used solely to administer your engagement and is handled in accordance with this policy.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide for the following purposes only:
- To deliver the resource you requested (Self-Assessment PDF or Readiness Session confirmation).
- To send the single transactional email you consented to when downloading the Self-Assessment Tool.
- To respond to direct enquiries or follow up on booked sessions.

Email communications and CASL compliance

- Business continuity — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or transfer of assets, personal information would be disclosed only to the extent necessary and subject to equivalent privacy protections.
Data retention
We retain your contact information for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law.
- Self-Assessment download submissions are retained for a maximum of 24 months from the date of submission.
- Client engagement records are retained for 7 years following the end of the engagement, as required for accounting and tax purposes under the Income Tax Act (Canada).
- If you request deletion of your data, we will remove it within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.
Your rights under PIPEDA
As a Canadian individual, you have the following rights under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA):
- Access — you may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
